This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") sets out the terms of use of McRIG Road (the "Product") between DongAh Currency (Representative: [Representative Name]), the rights holder of the Product (the "Rights Holder"), and the individual or legal entity that purchases or uses the Product (the "User").
By purchasing, downloading, installing or using the Product, the User is deemed to have agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

Article 1 Purpose
This Agreement sets out the rights and restrictions the User needs in order to use the Product lawfully.
The Product is software that provides land transport and vehicle features in a Minecraft server environment. Its specific features and supported environments are as described in the Product's official documentation and sales page.

Article 2 Nature of the License
1. Purchasing the Product does not transfer ownership of, or the copyright in, the Product itself to the User.
2. Under this Agreement the User is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the Product. "Perpetual" means perpetual with respect to the Product the User purchased and the feature generations the User owns under Article 9; use of new feature generations that the User does not own is governed by Article 9-2. This right may not be transferred except in the cases set out in Article 13.
3. Unless otherwise stated, the license does not include the transfer of the Product's source code, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
4. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Product belong to the Rights Holder.

Article 3 Per-Server-Network License
1. One license grants the right to use the Product on one server network.
2. "One server network" means a group of Minecraft servers operated by the same operator under a single service name, and includes multiple server instances (lobby, game servers, etc.) connected through a proxy (BungeeCord, Velocity, etc.). A single server operated without a proxy is also regarded as one server network.
3. Even if the physical computer, virtual machine, hosting provider, IP address or domain of a server changes, it is regarded as the same server network where the same service is being moved.
4. One license may not be used to operate the Product at the same time on separate server networks operated under different service names.
5. No separate license limit is placed on the number of players who connect to the server network.
6. The User may operate environments for development and testing with the same license. However, server networks providing separate services each require a separate license.

Article 4 Server Migration
1. The User may transfer the purchased license to another server environment.
2. Server migration includes changing hosting provider, changing computers, changing server hardware, changing virtual servers, changing domain or IP, and server transfer or migration.
3. This is on the premise that the Product is no longer operated on the server network before the migration.
4. One license may not be used to operate the Product for service purposes on both the pre-migration and post-migration server networks at the same time.
5. No additional license needs to be purchased because of a server migration.

Article 5 Commercial Use
1. Unless separately restricted, the Product may be used for commercial purposes as well as personal and non-commercial purposes.
2. The Product may be used on personal servers, servers for friends or communities, public servers, servers that operate donation-based or paid services, servers that sell goods or services within the server, and other commercial Minecraft servers.
3. No separate license fee is charged depending on whether the server is commercial.
4. However, selling or redistributing the Product itself, or providing a license of the Product to another person, is not included in the commercial use permitted by this Article.

Article 6 Permitted Use
Within the scope of a lawfully purchased license, the User may:
1. install and use the Product on a supported Minecraft server;
2. operate the Product on the User's own server network;
3. modify the Product's configuration files to the extent necessary to operate the server;
4. change or configure the server environment for the normal use of the Product;
5. move the Product to a new server environment as part of a server migration;
6. use the Product in a separate test environment for development and testing; and
7. allow the users of the server on which the Product runs to use the features the Product provides.

Article 7 Prohibited Use
The User may not:
1. use the Product on a server network that does not hold a license;
2. operate the Product at the same time on multiple separate server networks with one license;
3. sell, transfer, share or distribute the Product files to a third party;
4. offer the Product as a public download;
5. redistribute the Product by including it as part of other software or products;
6. sell or redistribute a modified version of the Product;
7. extract or reconstruct the Product's source code, or something equivalent to source code, and redistribute it;
8. transfer the license or purchase entitlement of the Product to another person (except in the case of Article 13);
9. intentionally remove or alter the Product's copyright notices, license notices or Rights Holder information;
10. tamper with the Product to bypass any license verification mechanism, if the Product has one; or
11. engage in any other act that violates applicable law or this Agreement.

Article 8 Source Code and Modification
1. The Product's source code is not included in the rights granted to the User.
2. The User may freely modify the configuration files provided for the normal operation of the Product.
3. Where modification or reverse engineering of the Product itself is permitted by applicable law, that law prevails.
4. Even if the User has modified the Product, the User may not sell or distribute the modified Product to third parties.
5. If the Rights Holder offers a separate developer license or source code license, the terms of that license prevail.

Article 9 Right to Use the Product and Feature Generations
1. The User holds a perpetual right to use the Product they purchased and the feature generations they own.
2. A "feature generation" means a release unit in which the Rights Holder bundles new features as one generation and announces it on the official sales page or in the documentation. The latest feature generation at the time the User purchased the Product, and any feature generation the User comes to own permanently under Article 9-2, are the "owned feature generations".
3. The Rights Holder will continue to provide, at no additional cost, bug fixes, error fixes, stability improvements, performance improvements and security fixes for the owned feature generations.
4. Except for the matters set out in paragraph 3 and Article 9-2, the Rights Holder may decide, within reasonable limits, whether, when and to what extent updates are provided.
5. Use of new feature generations that the User does not own is governed by Article 9-2.
6. Purchasing the Product does not include rights to separate products such as Rail, Marine and Aero. Separate products are governed by Article 9-3.

Article 9-2 Update Subscription
1. An update subscription may be taken out only by a User who owns the relevant Product, and is taken out individually for each product.
2. With a monthly subscription, the User may use feature generations that follow the owned feature generations (the "new feature generations") only while subscribed. If the User cancels the subscription, the User returns to the last feature generation they own.
3. With an annual subscription, or once monthly subscription payments reach a cumulative total of 12, the User permanently owns the new feature generations released during that subscription period. When ownership converts on reaching a cumulative total of 12 monthly payments, the cumulative count restarts from zero. Feature generations owned permanently remain usable after the subscription is cancelled.
4. If no new feature generation is released during the subscription period, the subscription period is automatically extended, at no additional charge, until the next new feature generation is released.
5. A purchase made through an external storefront such as BuiltByBit is a right to use the Product; new feature generations are used through the Rights Holder's official web subscription.
6. The prices of the Product and of subscriptions are the prices posted at the storefront (tax included). Payment, cancellation and refunds for subscriptions follow the terms of the relevant sales platform.

Article 9-3 Compatibility Support and Separate Products
1. The Rights Holder provides compatibility builds for new Minecraft versions only for the latest feature generation and the one immediately before it.
2. A User who owns any other feature generation continues to receive the bug fixes described in Article 9, paragraph 3, but compatibility builds for new Minecraft versions may not be provided.
3. Rail, Marine, Aero and the like are products separate from the Product and are each purchased separately. Purchasing the Product or an update subscription does not include a right to use any separate product.

Article 10 Scope of the Product
1. McRIG Road is provided centered on a Minecraft land transport system in which players drive and use vehicles themselves.
2. The Product's specific features are as described in the official product description and documentation.
3. Autonomous driving, AI vehicle driving, NPC vehicle traffic, automatic route operation, passenger AI, and city-wide traffic simulation are not included in the default scope of the Product.
4. These features or similar features may be provided in future new feature generations, and their use is governed by Articles 9 and 9-2. Other transport fields such as rail, marine and aero are provided as separate products under Article 9-3.
5. Bug fixes and improvements to existing features of the Product are provided under Article 9, paragraph 3.

Article 11 Refunds
1. Refunds for the Product follow the conditions set by the sales platform where the purchase was made and by applicable law.
2. Because of the nature of digital content, once provision or use of the Product has begun, withdrawal of the purchase or a refund may be limited under applicable law and the sales platform's policy.
3. Where there is a reasonable ground, such as a material functional defect in the Product, the Rights Holder may provide a refund or a resolution of the problem in accordance with applicable law and the sales platform's policy.
4. Whether a refund is available and the procedure for it follow, first and foremost, the refund policy stated on the sales page at the time of purchase.
5. Payment, cancellation and refunds for update subscriptions follow the terms of the relevant sales platform under Article 9-2, paragraph 6.

Article 12 License Violations
1. If the User violates this Agreement, the Rights Holder may request that the violation be corrected.
2. The User must correct the license violation within a reasonable period.
3. In the case of a serious or repeated violation, the Rights Holder may restrict or terminate use under the relevant license.
4. If the license is terminated, the User must stop using the Product under that license.
5. If a license violation causes damage to the Rights Holder, the Rights Holder may take necessary measures, such as claiming damages, in accordance with applicable law.
6. For minor mistakes or technical errors within a reasonable range, the Rights Holder will give an opportunity to correct them first, wherever possible.

Article 13 Transfer of the License
1. The license is, in principle, granted to the original purchaser.
2. The User may not sell or transfer the license to a third party without the Rights Holder's prior consent.
3. A simple server migration does not constitute a transfer of the license.
4. If the holder of the license must change because of a merger, acquisition or comparable business succession, the User may consult the Rights Holder separately.

Article 14 Support
1. The Rights Holder may provide technical support within a reasonable range for the normal use of the Product.
2. The scope and method of support may be announced separately through the official support channel and the product page.
3. Problems with the User's own server, conflicts with other plugins or mods, unsupported Minecraft/Paper versions, products modified by the User at will, and server environments changed by the User at will may fall outside the scope of basic product support.
4. Where possible, the Rights Holder may provide reasonable help in identifying the cause of such problems as well.

Article 15 Warranty and Liability
1. The Rights Holder will make efforts so that the Product operates reasonably in the officially stated supported environments.
2. However, full compatibility is not guaranteed in every server environment, with every plugin, with every mod, or under every operating condition.
3. To prevent loss or corruption of server data, the User must perform regular backups.
4. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Rights Holder may limit liability for damage caused by the User's carelessness, problems in the server environment, problems with third-party software, or unsupported environments.
5. Liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law is not limited by this Article.

Article 16 Intellectual Property
1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Product and in the software, code, documents, images, logos and other content that make up the Product belong to the Rights Holder or the rightful holder.
2. This Agreement grants the User only a right to use the Product and does not transfer the intellectual property rights themselves.
3. The User may not infringe the Product's intellectual property rights without the Rights Holder's prior consent.

Article 17 Changes to the Agreement
1. The Rights Holder may change this Agreement according to Product updates, changes in law, or business needs.
2. If there is an important change, the User will be notified by whatever means are possible.
3. The changed Agreement applies to purchases made after the change or to use after an effective date set separately.
4. No change will unfairly restrict the rights of existing purchasers retroactively.

Article 18 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. This Agreement is interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. If a dispute arises in connection with this Agreement, the parties will try to resolve it through mutual consultation.
3. A dispute that is not resolved through consultation may be brought before the court having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Article 19 Miscellaneous
1. Matters not provided for in this Agreement follow applicable law and general business practice.
2. Even if part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
3. If this Agreement conflicts with the Product's official sales page, refund policy or a separate agreement, the conflict is resolved by taking into account the nature of each document and the specific notice given.

Article 20 Language
1. This Agreement is provided in a Korean version and an English version.
2. If the two versions are interpreted differently, the Korean version prevails.

Supplementary Provision
This Agreement applies from the first official release of McRIG Road.
